Click Cards, click Sales Addresses. Create 3 different address records for the Customer. Make sure each Address ID has a unique contact and tax schedule id. 3.
Click Transactions, click Contract Admin., click Contract Entry/Update. 4.
Click New to create a New Contract. 5.
Select a Customer ID for the contract. 6.
Enter a contract for 12 months. Start Date = 01/01/04 and End Date = 12/31/2004. 7.
Click Sites and choose to Save any changes to the Contract. 8.
Select all 3 addresses in the Contract Site window. 9.
Once you have added all 3 addresses to the Contract Site window, highlight each address record and click on the Expansion button. Actual Results: The address record shows the Tax Schedule ID and Contact person from the third record.
